SPECIAL ISRAELVALLEY. Ce n’est pas tous les jours que, dans le domaine spécifique de l’énergie verte, la Bourse de Tel-Aviv ouvre ses portes en grand à une firme évaluée à 1 Milliards de shekels. Ceci est le cas depuis hier avec un leader du secteur de la « GreenTech ».
Eyal Podhorzer et Yoav Shapira ((israélo-français) introduisent sur la Bourse de Tel-Aviv, Econergy. Il s’agit d’un des fonds spécialisé dans les énergies renouvelables (RGreen Invest.) La société a levé à Tel-Aviv plus de 150 Millions de shekels. La société espère atteindre un Chiffre d’Affaires de € 116 million en 2023.
A noter que RGREEN INVEST, première plateforme de financement d’infrastructures vertes est impliquée dans le financement de Econergy.

Econergy Renewable Energy (TASE: אקנר / ECNR) has completed its first public offering (IPO) at a value of NIS 1 billion before cash. The company’s share will start trading on Tuesday 13.7.2021
The company raised about NIS 150 million from institutional investors. In addition, the company’s existing investors also expressed confidence in the company and invested additional capital.
Econergy Renewable Energy is one of the oldest and leading companies in the field of renewable energy in Europe, with an international team and proven experience and reputation in locating, developing, purchasing and managing projects.
