La magazine Globes a publié un article qui confirme ce que nous savions

Groupe Carrefour): "Uri Kilstein, PDG de la chaîne de distribution
Carrefour Israël (groupe Yenot Bitan), a soudainement annoncé sa
démission cette semaine, après seulement dix-huit mois à son poste.
Uri Kilstein, ancien cadre supérieur de la chaîne rivale
Shufersal et des centres commerciaux Azrieli, a informé
le conseil d'administration de Carrefour Israël, contrôlé
par Electra Consumer Products, elle-même contrôlée par les
frères Daniel et Michael Salkind, qu'il cherchait à
démissionner "pour des raisons personnelles".
En toile de fond se trouvent les énormes pertes
accumulées par Carrefour Israël au premier semestre
de cette année et la forte baisse de sa valorisation,
qui a conduit à une chute de 50 % du cours de l'action
Electra Consumer Products au cours de l'année écoulée".

Selon Globes : "Uri Kilstein, CEO of retail chain Carrefour Israel (Yenot Bitan Group), who suddenly announced his resignation this week, after just eighteen months in the job.
Kilstein, formerly a senior manager at rival chain Shufersal and at Azrieli Malls, notified the board of Carrefour Israel, controlled by Electra Consumer Products, itself controlled by brothers Daniel and Michael Salkind, that he sought to step down « for personal reasons ».
In the background are the huge losses racked up by Carrefour Israel in the first half of this year, and the sharp drop in its valuation, which has led to a 50% fall in the share price of Electra Consumer Products in the past year.
