Fox Wizel Ltd., la chaîne de prêt-à-porter israélienne, a annoncé que sa filiale en ligne Terminal X avait signé un accord d’investissement stratégique avec l’entreprise danoise Heartland A/S, branche d’investissement du milliardaire Anders Holch Povlsen et actionnaire principal de la marque britannique de cosmétique et de prêt-à-porter ASOS.
Selon l’accord, Heartland investira la somme de 21,7 millions de dollars dans Terminal X pour une part de 8 % et à une valorisation pre-money de 250 millions de dollars, a fait savoir Fox dans une déclaration faite à la Bourse de Tel Aviv, dans la journée de dimanche. Cet investissement stratégique intervient alors que Terminal X prévoit de faire son entrée à la bourse de Tel Aviv. (Times)
