Israël classé 5ème dans l’édition 2019 de l’Indice Mondial de l’Innovation 2019 de Bloomberg.

Devant Singapour, la Suède et le Japon, la Startup Nation a gagné 5 places par rapport à l’année dernière dans l’Indice Mondial de l’Innovation 2019 par Bloomberg et se situe au 5ème rang parmi les pays les plus innovants à travers le monde!
Le classement de 2019 a commencé avec plus de 200 pays, cela a conduit a la sélection de 60 économies les plus innovants dans le monde. selon la société d’information économique et financière Bloomberg, Israël a été classé 5ème, derrière le Corée du Sud au premier rang, l’Allemagne en 2ème, Finlande en 3ème et la Suisse en 4ème rang.
Bloomberg a classé les pays selon sept critères : l’indice d’enregistrement de brevets, le nombre de chercheurs, le dynamisme du secteur tertiaire, le nombre d’entreprises actives dans le secteur des hautes technologies, la productivité, la valeur ajoutée manufacturière, ainsi que les dépenses de recherche et développement.
Times of Israel : « This is the seventh year of publication of the annual Bloomberg Innovation Index. The 2019 index is compiled by analyzing seven equally weighted categories, including research and development spending, patent activity, manufacturing capability and concentration of high-tech public companies.
Patent activity boosted Israel’s score this year, along with that of China, which ranked 16th this year, rising from 19th in the 2018 list.
For R&D intensity — defined as R&D expenditure as a percentage of GDP — Israel came in first, but it trailed other nations in manufacturing added value, calculated as a percentage of GDP, at 33.
The so-called Startup Nation was ranked second globally for researcher concentration, defined as professionals engaged in R&D per population; fifth for high-tech density, defined as the number of domestically domiciled high-tech public companies; and fourth for patent activity. Israel came in 36th, however, in the category of Tertiary Efficiency, defined as total enrollment in tertiary education, and eighth in productivity. Its total score was 84.78, the ranking showed, compared to 87.38 for South Korea and 87.30 for Germany.
Vietnam was ranked last with a score of 45.92, preceded by Mexico, with a score of 46″.
