Ruth Ben Yakar : PhD CEO Biosight – Le Dr Ben Yakar a plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans le domaine biomédical, dont 17 ans dans la gestion de l’industrie de la biotechnologie, menant diverses activités d’entreprise, financières, commerciales, opérationnelles, cliniques et réglementaires. Dr Ben Yakar est également administratrice de sociétés de biotechnologie présente au Nasdaq.
Avant de rejoindre BioSight, Dr. Ben Yakar a occupé plusieurs postes de direction, notamment celui de PDG de Procognia, société de biotechnologie ouverte au public, de PDG de Thrombotech, société de biotechnologie de phase 2b qu’elle a dirigée vers l’acquisition, directeur de l’organisation israélienne Advanced Technology Industries, directeur chez Israel Advanced Technology Industries, directeur commercial de YEDA, société de transfert de technologie de l’Institut Weizmann des sciences, et vice-président de Gamida Cell, société de biotechnologie de phase 3. Dr Ben Yakar est titulaire d’un doctorat en biologie moléculaire du Weizmann Institute of Science.

Dr. Ben Yakar also serves as a Director at biotech companies traded on Nasdaq. Prior to joining BioSight, Dr. Ben Yakar served in several executive management positions, including CEO of Procognia, a public biotech company, CEO of Thrombotech, a Phase 2b biotech company she led towards acquisition, Director at Israel Advanced Technology Industries organization, Chief Business Officer of YEDA, the technology transfer company of the Weizmann Institute of Science, and Vice President at Gamida Cell, a Phase 3 biotech company. Dr. Ben Yakar holds a PhD Cum Laude in molecular cell biology from the Weizmann Institute of Science.
